Atlanta, May 19, 2020 (Senmer News Wire)  – WorshApp, a social connection company, offers a mobile application that combines the tradition of faith with modern technology to provide all people opportunities to find and attend local virtual or live-streamed faith-based and good faith events and activities anywhere in the world, was officially launched on March 2.
WorshApp is unique in that the platform is open to all faiths. WorshApp creates a shared space – an app – where people can coexist and perhaps even unite via the differences that have previously caused a separation. Using the data WorshApp collects, organizations can make informed decisions about future events based on those analytics.
Co-founders Andric J. Copeland, Sr. and Jocelyn L. Johnson started the company after they had challenges locating faith-based events to attend in their community. Copeland and Johnson have extensive experience and appreciation for building relationships. Johnson’s experience includes more than fifteen years of corporate leadership prior to going full-time at WorshApp. Copeland’s commitment to WorshApp is exhibited through his ongoing financial backing as the sole financier of the company.
“Events and activities of faith-based and good faith organizations are often missed simply because people don’t know what’s happening unless they already have some connection to the host organization. We plan to change that with WorshApp,” said Johnson.
WorshApp is designed to connect all people to local events and activities around the world that motivate and inspire you to live a purposed and passionate life. Here’s how WorshApp works:

Combines user preferences and geo-fencing technology.
Enables users to search for events by date and location.
Allows users to comment and offer feedback on upcoming and past events.
Organizations can upload event details and allow users to access and decide what works best for their faith preferences and availability.

“We offer organizations a way to consolidate and convert their marketing dollars into one measurable strategy,” said Copeland. One of the unique benefits of WorshApp is its ability to promote interfaith worship by giving people who are unlikely to inquire about new and different faiths a way to engage without feeling awkward.
The app is available on IOS and Android devices. WorshApp is free to download for a limited time. The regular one-time download fee is 99-cents.

 About WorshApp
WorshApp, LLC was launched in Atlanta in 2018 by co-founders Andric J. Copeland, Sr. and Jocelyn L. Johnson after they had challenges locating faith-based events to attend in their community. For more than a year, Copeland and Johnson worked to develop the mobile app that gathers analytical data on population responses and reactions to faith-based events and activities. Both Copeland and Johnson have a long faith history – each having grown up in devout Christian families and now identifying as more spiritual than religious. They foster strong connections with prominent faith leaders after years of serving in spiritual leadership roles ranging from Youth Minister to Finance Officer to District Board Member/Officer.
