DOVER, OH, January 24, 2022 Senmer News Wire — Jesse L. Mullet has been inducted into Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Leading a long and successful career in the camper manufacturing industry, Mr. Mullet celebrated his recent promotion to president of nuCamp in 2020. Joining the family business in 2012, which was founded by his father in 2005, he gained increasing responsibility working in production, on the line and in inventory. He later transitioned into human resources in 2017, where he spent two years before being named chief operating officer in 2019. Mr. Mullet’s father, Joe Mullet, has since taken a step back from the business. Although not fully retired, he continues to add significant value to the company by troubleshooting various new products that the team builds for the recreational vehicles and lending a hand wherever he is needed most.

Over the past 15 years, nuCamp has become the world’s largest teardrop manufacturer. Its dealer network extends throughout the United States and Canada and includes 62 dealerships in 100 locations. Famous for producing some of the highest quality recreational vehicles in North America, every camper is meticulously designed and hand-crafted. In addition to its teardrop line, nuCamp also manufactures two types of truck campers, the Cirrus 620 and the Cirrus 820. Best of all, all their RVs are assembled in the United States in Sugarcreek, Ohio.

More recently, Mr. Mullet was responsible for setting up nuCamp’s 150,000 square-foot production facility at their current location. He also implemented CNC equipment, which was a huge milestone, as well as sophisticated automation for its production facility. In the next few years as president, Mr. Mullet aims to continue growing at an aggressive sustainable rate and increase the workforce to 210 team members. He is also currently establishing a training academy to impact lives and teach local kids the basics of entering the workforce and is creating a better future for the next generation.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Mr. Mullet believes in the importance of providing a good income for those who work for him. Providing a workplace culture where employees can be themselves, while also earn a good income, has been paramount. For him, it is not just about making money – it is also about leaving a legacy. Prior to joining his father’s business, Mr. Mullet spent ten years as an onsite building foreman for Weaver Barns.

Mr. Mullet is currently developing a company titled Mullet International, which will serve as a vertical integration for nuCamp, as well as commercial real estate holdings for the buildings. In the future, nuCamp will work within the Mullet International strategy.

Giving back on a local level, Mr. Mullet has been actively supporting Pure Gift of God since 2012. What began as a fundraiser for a friend who had difficulty with adoption, turned into a local adoption agency that provides funding and community support for other adopting families. Mr. Mullet personally raised over $115,000 during 2018, riding his bicycle from the west coast of the United States to the east coast in 30 days. His next fundraising goal is to ride from Niagara Falls, New York, to Key West, Florida.

Mr. Mullet is involved in several influential organizations, including the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association, Woodworking Network, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Ramsey Solutions Foundations in Personal Finance, and a number of local charities and non-profits.
