Ms. Parness initially obtained bachelor’s degrees in marketing and management from Fairfield University in 2004. Ms. Parness was additionally responsible for the professional development of 12 brand ambassadors, setting key performance indicators and guiding toward their achievement as well as conducting performance evaluations and facilitating key development opportunities.

Since 2020, Ms. Parness has excelled with Rémy Cointreau as a trade marketing director and brand director for Mount Gay and Cointreau brands and the company’s brandies portfolio. During this time, she has helped to build the brand strategy, handle global conversation in terms of managing the brand in the United States, Canada and Latin America, overseeing the execution of marketing and increasing brand awareness. Ms. Parness attributes her success to her hard work, dedication and focus in addition to the support that she received from her family.
